Chilled summer soup

Seriously the easiest chilled soup.  With a healthy dose of probiotics this recipe is great for stimulating digestion while at the same time cooling you off on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:
6 organic baby cucumbers- washed and chopped into chunks.
1 cup fresh organic mint leaves, reserve handful for topping
1/2 cup fresh organic cilantro
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups Original Lavva
1/4 cup organic avocado oil.
4-5 organic garlic cloves.
sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and cover with clean water. Blend on high until everything is combined well.
  2. Serve with fresh mint and a sprinkle of paprika!
