When will my yogurt arrive?
Your yogurt will arrive within 2 days after it ships. We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. If you place an order after 12 p.m. Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday. Due to COVID-19, it is possible that there may be a delay of up to 10 to 12 days before your order ships. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 32 states — shown in dark green here — and are adding more soon. If you’re not in our current shipping zone, you can find Lavva at a store near you.
How will my yogurt arrive?
Your yogurt will arrive fresh, not frozen, in a cardboard box with compostable insulation and reusable icepacks. Be sure to refrigerate Lavva upon arrival. We do not recommend freezing Lavva: store in the fridge to keep the texture beautiful and smooth.
How does subscription work?
When subscribed, you will automatically receive a new order of yogurt every 30 days. You will receive the same yogurt flavor your originally subscribed to. If you’d like to change flavors, either cancel your subscription and re-order, or contact our team and we’ll happily change it for you. Four days before your next ordered processes, we will send you an email reminding you that your card will be charge. There is no cancellation fee if you decide to stop subscribing.
