Lavva fruit dip = your picnic prep solved. We love this probiotic dip with fresh strawberries and melons.
Vanilla Lavva Tropical Fruit Dip
(yields 1.5 cups)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 5.3 oz container Vanilla Lavva Yogurt
- 1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk
- 1/4 c Cashews, soaked overnight in refrigerator
- 1/4 c diced fresh Pineapple
- 1/4 c diced fresh Mango
- 2 T Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 T Lime Juice
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ground Vanilla Bean (can sub vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
(*Optional Garnish: Toasted coconut flakes + lime zest)
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Blend on high until smooth + creamy
- Place dip in refrigerator and let set overnight
- (Optional) Garnish with toasted coconut flakes + lime zest
- Enjoy with sliced fruit!
