Vanilla Lavva Tropical Fruit Dip

Lavva fruit dip = your picnic prep solved. We love this probiotic dip with fresh strawberries and melons.

Vanilla Lavva Tropical Fruit Dip 

(yields 1.5 cups) 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 5.3 oz container Vanilla Lavva Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 c Cashews, soaked overnight in refrigerator
  • 1/4 c diced fresh Pineapple
  • 1/4 c diced fresh Mango
  • 2 T Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 T Lime Juice
  • 1 T Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Vanilla Bean (can sub vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
    (*Optional Garnish: Toasted coconut flakes + lime zest) 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  • Place all ingredients in blender
  • Blend on high until smooth + creamy
  • Place dip in refrigerator and let set overnight
  • (Optional) Garnish with toasted coconut flakes + lime zest
  • Enjoy with sliced fruit!
