Lavva Eggnog


‘Tis the season (eggnog gets a probiotic upgrade).


1/2 cup Vanilla or Original Lavva  
1 cup oat milk 
1 can full fat coconut milk 
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight 
2T + 2 tsp maple syrup 
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg 
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 
pinch of salt 
Fresh grated nutmeg for garnish 


1. Soak cashews overnight (or in boiled water for an hour, if using same day) 
2. Place all ingredients except Lavva in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
3. Empty contents of blender into a bowl and whisk in Lavva 
4. Divide evenly among 4 glasses and garnish with grated nutmeg
