Lavva Cacao Fudgesicles


Vegan, probiotic, refined-sugar free, delicious: recipe below.

(YIELDS: 4 1⁄4 cups) 

  • Used Koji popsicle molds for this recipe – yields enough to fill the molds twice for 12 fudgesicles 


3 5.3 oz containers of Original Lavva or 1 16oz Original
1 13.5 oz can Full Fat Coconut Milk 
1/2 c Cashews, soaked 
1/3 c Cacao Powder 
1/3 c Maple Syrup 
2T Coconut Oil, melted 
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract  


  1. Cover 1/2 c cashews with boiling water, set aside to soak for at least 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Drain Cashews 
  3. Place all ingredients in high speed blender 
  4. Blend until smooth 
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle mold of choice + freeze for at least 8 hours
