(YIELDS: 4 1⁄4 cups)
- Used Koji popsicle molds for this recipe – yields enough to fill the molds twice for 12 fudgesicles
INGREDIENTS
3 5.3 oz containers of Original Lavva or 1 16oz Original
1 13.5 oz can Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 c Cashews, soaked
1/3 c Cacao Powder
1/3 c Maple Syrup
2T Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Cover 1/2 c cashews with boiling water, set aside to soak for at least 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator
- Drain Cashews
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour mixture into popsicle mold of choice + freeze for at least 8 hours
