- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach or kale
- 1 cup frozen mango or peach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup Original or Vanilla Lavva
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
