  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 cup frozen mango or peach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Original or Vanilla Lavva
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
