These no-bake bars quintessentially taste like fall and are great as a snack on the go or healthyish dessert.
INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 2 cups of granola of choice
- 4 tbsp sunflower butter
- 4 tbsp pumpkin purée
- Pumpkin pie spice to your liking
- Apple pie spice to your liking (optional)
Filling
- 1 5.3 oz container Original Lavva Yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 scoops plant-based protein powder of choice
- Pumpkin Spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pulse the crust ingredients together in food processor
- Flatten crust mixture into an 8×8 pan
- Blend the filling ingredients in a blender
- Pour filling over crust
- Refrigerate for two hours or until set
- Cut and enjoy
