Fall Spiced Bars

These no-bake bars quintessentially taste like fall and are great as a snack on the go or healthyish dessert. 

INGREDIENTS

Crust

  • 2 cups of granola of choice
  • 4 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • Pumpkin pie spice to your liking
  • Apple pie spice to your liking (optional)
Filling
  • 1 5.3 oz container Original Lavva Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 scoops plant-based protein powder of choice
  • Pumpkin Spice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pulse the crust ingredients together in food processor
  2. Flatten crust mixture into an 8×8 pan
  3. Blend the filling ingredients in a blender
  4. Pour filling over crust
  5. Refrigerate for two hours or until set
  6. Cut and enjoy
