Double Chocolate Pancakes

  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Lavva Plant Milk
  • Chocolate chips


Combine flours in a large bowl. Add in sugar, cacao powder, flaxseed, baking powder and salt. Pour in vanilla and Chocolate Lavva Plant Milk. Scoop batter onto heated griddle and add chocolate chips to each pancake, if desired. Cook for approximately 4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Yields approximately 10 pancakes. Enjoy!
