Enjoy as a dip with crudités, as a salad dressing, and on tacos or nachos. Also great on roasted veggies or as a sauce for grain bowls – enjoy this Lavva sauce with just about anything.
(yields 1 cup)
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Original Lavva
• 1/2 of a ripe avocado
• 1/2 cup cilantro (picked + packed)
• Zest of 1 lime
• 2T fresh lime juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 of a jalapeño, seeded and chopped (more or less depending on the strength of your jalapeño and your heat preference)
• 1 scallion chopped
• 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 2T Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except oil in a small food processor and blend until all ingredients are incorporated
Slowly drizzle in the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil while processor is running and process until smooth
