Creamy, full-of-cozy Fall flavors, and a hint of citrus make this antioxidant and probiotic-rich bowl satisfying in every way.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup Lavva vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 tsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- Suggested Toppings: Edible flowers, Pepita seeds, and/or Coconut shreds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix everything together in a jar, and leave overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning, add toppings and enjoy!
