Antioxidant Overnight Oatmeal


Creamy, full-of-cozy Fall flavors, and a hint of citrus make this antioxidant and probiotic-rich bowl satisfying in every way.


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup Lavva vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp orange zest
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Suggested Toppings: Edible flowers, Pepita seeds, and/or Coconut shreds


  1. Mix everything together in a jar, and leave overnight in the fridge.
  2. In the morning, add toppings and enjoy!
