Dearest Lavva fans- 

We wanted to share our latest update on the road to delivering the most delicious and uncompromising cultured food. You told us you always loved our simplicity and creaminess but now the price is right. Thanks to our friends at Whole Foods and other retail grocers, we are appearing on shelf now at $2.99 in New York, New Jersey, and selected CT locations as well as Los Angeles, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Hawaii stores. You can find a new Lavva 4 oz paperboard yogurt cup size. As an additional portion control bonus, Lavva is now one of the lowest in sugar and carbs in the set and NO ADDED SWEETNERS OR TRICKS of any kind. 

We have renamed this product Cultured Superfood, because our cultures are NEVER HEATED and stay alive in the product itself. This is the magic and our most powerful benefit. These precise microbes are nourished by the fermentable plant fibers from the green plantain. It is the byproduct of unique natural pairing that delivers directly to the center of our metabolic universe – the lower intestine.  It turns out that plantain is a perfect fermentable fiber and how and WHY these magical microbes stay alive in this this product. We believe it is not an over statement to say, this is biochemistry of our immune systems.
