What live vegan cultures (probiotics) are in Lavva?

The live vegan cultures in Lavva’s flagship yogurt consist of our own custom blend of the following: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium (B. Bifidum), L. Plantarum, L. Delbruekii. The blend is grown in a lab on a medium of mostly a cassava-derived dextrose, and added after the pasteurization process, so the cultures remain intact and live and active.
